These will be especially awesome because I saw so many cute uses for pennant banners on pinterest. Use it at the baby shower, hang it up in the nursery, take new born photos with the mini banner, and pull out the full size banner at the 1 year birthday party...
I made these with scrap material from a playmat I made Campbell 6mos ago and $15 worth of new ribbon - saved lots of time with ribbon rather than making my own finished edge binding.
