Ingredients
2 avocados2 limes
1 handful of cherry tomatoes or equivalent, chopped
1 clove garlic chopped finely
1/2 chile chopped finely
1/2 small bunch of cilantro
1/4 red onion chopped
salt
pepper
Preparation
- Roughly chop tomatoes and cilantro. Finely chop garlic, onion and chile.
- Pile all chopped ingredients onto a cutting board together and scoop the flesh of two avocados on top.
- Chop up the avocados on top of the other other ingredients to mix.
- Using a lime press, squeeze the juice of 1.5-2 limes over the mixture and continue to chop and combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
