Summer Dinners: July 26 - 31

Thank you to David Moorman, Pascale Beale, and Anais Pellegrini for this week's dinner inspiration!

















The base of this week's dinner was a roast chicken and lots of great produce. Add in some no-prep smoked salmon, and left over tri-tip from last week and the variety was just right.
